On the outside, everything works

You’re good at what you do.

You get things done.

People rely on you.

You carry responsibility without complaining.

From the outside, it looks like you have it together.

But inside, something feels 'off'.

On the inside, you adapt

You feel it in small moments:

  • Where you say yes
 and feel no...
  • Or say no
 and feel yes...
  • Where your head and your gut don’t match.
  • Where you override yourself, and move on like it’s normal.

Decisions that doesn’t sit right. 

And you’ve gotten very good at that

  • Adapting.
  • Adjusting.
  • Holding it all together.
  • Doing what’s needed.
  • Being who’s expected.

You sometimes ask yourself: Is this it?

But it starts to cost you

You’re successful, but it feels empty.

You’re doing a lot, but you’re not really living.

You know what’s going on, but you’re not choosing differently.

You keep going, but something in you is pulling back. 

You feel it more than you admit.

Something in you knows: Something needs to change.

You want to live from inspiration

That a yes is truly a yes.
That a no doesn't leave you feeling guilty.
That you no longer negotiate with yourself.

You want more clarity in your head.

You want to feel freer in the choices you make.

Work with more joy and meaning. 

You know things need to change.

And yet, the reality of everyday kicks in.

Not the daily practice you're familiar with

You just keep going because there is always something that takes priority.

You keep waiting for a ‘quieter moment’ that never comes.

You keep everything running, but you lose the connection.

You are not truly present. 

You feel that there is more in you, but you do not take the step.

You are a master at ignoring the signals.

Something inside you holds you back.

Because you unconsciously think that taking that step means you have to work even harder.

You share this with no one, because ‘you 're doing great, don’t you?’.
