People rely on you, and you carry responsibility without complaining.
From the outside, it looks like you have it together.
But inside, something feels 'off'.
On the inside, you adapt
You feel it in small moments:
- Where you say yes… and feel no...
- Or say no… and feel yes...
- Where your head and your gut don’t match.
- Where you override yourself, and move on like it’s normal.
Decisions that don’t feel right.Â
And you’ve gotten very good at that
- Adapting.
- Adjusting.
- Holding it all together.
- Doing what’s needed.
- Being who’s expected.
But you catch yourself thinking:  Is this it?
It starts to cost you
- You’re successful, but it feels empty.
- You’re doing a lot, but you’re not really living.
- You know what’s going on, but you’re not choosing differently.
- You keep going, but something in you is pulling back.Â
- You can keep going like this.... but at what cost?
Something in you knows: This can't go on like this.
And you carry it alone
You don’t really talk about it, because on paper, everything looks fine.
But you don’t have someone who truly holds space for you.
And you tell yourself you shouldn’t complain because others have it worse.
So you do what you’ve always done: you keep it to yourself, push it aside, and move on.Â
But your old way no longer works, and you feel it more than you admit.
You no longer want to override yourself
You want your yes to feel like a yes.
And that a no doesn't leave you feeling guilty.
You want more clarity in your decisions.
Work with more joy and meaning.Â
And feel freer in the choices you make.
You know things need to change.
But the daily reality keeps you stuck
You keep going because something else always takes priority.
You keep waiting for a quieter moment that never comes.
You feel there is more in you, but you don’t take the step, because something in you believes:
If I take that step, I’ll have to work even harder.
And that's exactly what you no longer want.
